Back Gains- 8 weeks in body transformation program with Evolve Fitness. 

8 weeks of training 4 days a week & on a new meal plan. Results are coming in well! 
I will be sharing my training blog of each week shortly! just have to edit them together and even training this hard is like a full time job.
